A Course on Arriving

Before movement, arrive in stillness

Many of us rush past arriving, seeking to change things and look for solutions before meeting ourselves.

We color our experience, tidy it up when it's messy, looking everywhere except where seeing is done from.

This self-paced course where I’ll invite you through myriad pathways to accept, trust and arrive is based on the most common pattern I observe in my work as a coach.

“Arriving” not as a concept or idea, but as a direct experience of dropping into your own being, where rest itself rests.

    What You'll Discover

    • How to observe that which becomes immediately obvious when turning inwards, without adding or making it different

    • The art of falling into trust, beyond all self-definitions and temporary markers of control

    • The place where movement and stillness meet, where awareness itself witnesses both inner and outer landscapes

    What You'll Get

âś“ Movement practice videos that begin with arrival, accepting your arrival place and moving from there

✓ Guided lying down explorations in mp3 that you can practice at home (3-5’ short to longer 30-45’ form) that help you map your physical landscape and release tension through allowing

âś“ Written contemplations, video and audio resources that point to that which cannot be clung to

âś“ Physical, behavioural and perceptual day games you can use throughout daily life situations as micro return to presence

âś“ One year access to all the materials

        Why This Approach is Different

This course on arriving is not about finding something new or entertaining yourself with novel forms or exercises.

It is about realizing what's nearer to you than your own heartbeat, yet so easy to miss.

Here, the movement of return is not a movement at all - it's a realizing that what you seek is always there, waiting for you to see.

Through simple, repetitive-without-repetition practices, you'll discover how the separation between inner and outer becomes less clear.

One movement can be enough to bring you back to yourself - back to where you’re always whole.

Ready to drop into the roaring stillness of your own being?
