Arriving is not an idea
Last week I shared an inner intention on arriving to yourself before moving into any type of practice.
What does this really mean, to arrive to yourself?
First of all, I cannot say that - this is between you and you.
We are often scared to fully accept what we arrive to.
Arrival to ourselves is not conceptual - it’s just how we’ve learned to think and experience.
